With our wireless network gateway counters - we notice that EasyReports is not displaying any count figures for a couple of days?

This problem can occur when the SNG device cannot talk to sensor server software loaded onto the PC. When setting up the SNG - you had to specify a IP address of the PC hosting the sensor server software. Does the PC still have the same IP address? Sometimes, if there is a power outage or similar the PC may be get a new IP address.

The PC hosting the sensor server software should be assigned a fixed IP address - The SNG configuration settings can be reviewed - download 'SNG Check Configuration Settings.pdf' (on the right of this screen) for instructions.
