USB Counter Memory Upload Error
Getting a unhandled exception error when trying to upload people counter data from the USB memory stick.
ANSWER:
The error normally occurs when the USB MEM UPLOAD files are extracted manually during the set-up stage.
Normally the software is installed in the default Program Files. If the SensorServer program is installed/extracted/copied to a directory other than Program Files the config file may be missing. The config file is called 'USBMEMUpload.exe'. Check that this file is present
