A disconnected Gateway Hub or depleted AA batteries in the door sensors may be causing this issue.

Please perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Confirm the Gateway Hub has active power and internet connectivity. (Please see attachment for detailed troubleshooting information)
  • Inspect the AA batteries within the door sensor units.
